Mobilization
Mobilization is basically a process in which we contact and reach community to identify and select beneficiary or the trainees for training programme.
Manpower Management
We basically act as a third party between the employer and employee. Help in finding the right talent for the organisations according to their expectations.
Project Management Unit
The PMU ensures that projects meet set budgetary and performance specifications, establish effective line of communication between the Agency, consultants and beneficiaries.
Corporate social responsibility
CSR is based on the belief that businesses have a greater duty to society than just providing jobs and making profits. It asks business leaders to consider their decisions’ environmental and social impacts in order to reduce harm where possible.

Yug Shakti Shaikshanik Evam Samajik Vikas Sanstha, established in 2004, envisions a fearless, educated, and inclusive society that is socially, economically, and politically strong—free from discrimination of caste, religion, or gender. Our mission is to strengthen youth and uplift marginalized communities by addressing key issues in education, health, environment, and domestic well-being. Through grassroots mobilization, manpower development, project management, and vocational training, we empower individuals—especially women and disadvantaged groups—to become agents of sustainable change, driven by values of equality, justice, and world brotherhood.

Grassroots Engagement Strategy
Yug Shakti Shaikshanik Evam Samajik Vikas Sanstha, Samiti focuses on “bottom up” strategy meant doing a solid piece of fieldwork, and getting involved with the lives of people.
Community Organizing & Awareness
The fieldwork strategy has evolved to one which helps people to become organised, and aware to work on the problems they face, through a combined strategy of struggle and construction action.
Struggle and Constructive Action
Struggle alone will not bring about a new social order, but without struggle, Fundamental social change is not possible, and constructive action alone will not bring about a new social order.
Path to Social Transformation
Alternatives and changes in material and social conditions, and new relationships are all necessary parts of social change.
Support Through Resource Units
Because the problems facing the poor, oppressed, exploited are deep rooted and complex, Yug Shakti also has the strategy of having Resource Units to do the research, networking, linkages, training that those working at the grass roots need in order to be effective in the struggle and constructive action they do.
